CANCELLATIONS.

Please be aware that we are unable to cancel orders with less than 48 hours notice, any payment made on your order is non-refundable. Due to being a small shop, we can only take so many orders per day. If an order is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice a full refund will be given.

RETURNS.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your Bakeshop dessert, please email us about the problem within 48 hours and then return the uneaten portion of your dessert to the bakery within three business days of receipt of your product so that we can diagnose the problem. Full or partial refunds and store credit are decided on a case-by-case basis, but our goal is always to make you happy. If we have made a genuine mistake (the product was not made correctly), we will do our best to make it right. 

We are not able to offer refunds in cases where the product was baked and decorated correctly, but a flavor or texture didn't meet personal preference. Most people love our stuff, but it's impossible to predict everyone's particular taste preferences.

Every order is hand-made. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation of our expert cake decorators.

Once you or a designated person has picked up an order, it is considered "accepted" – we will ask to make sure that everything is correct such as the design, spelling, etc.

We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly – such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc.  Please refer to the cake serving instructions on the box because cake served cold tastes dry.
